How we handle what you send us through this website. It's short, because we collect very little.
Who we are
Cassien is an AI engineering agency operated by Syneron Technologies Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (company number 79999193), with its registered office at Unit 3906, 39/F, The Center, 99 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. Syneron Technologies Limited is the controller of the details you send through this website. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you put into our contact form — your name, work email, company, the service you're interested in, your store address or team size if you add them, and your message — plus the page you wrote from and the approximate country our hosting provider derives from your connection.
To keep the form from being abused, our form endpoint also uses your IP address. It is held only in temporary memory to count recent submissions — discarded once it is no longer needed for that (about ten minutes) or when that memory is recycled — and it is never written to storage or shared.
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and all other files load from cassien.ai. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to challenge suspicious traffic.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and processes the form submission on its global network, under its Data Processing Addendum, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA.
- Telegram delivers the details you submit to our team as an internal notification. Telegram stores those messages on its own infrastructure, which may be outside the EEA, under its privacy policy.
- Zoho Mail is the business mailbox we reply from; our mailbox is hosted in Zoho's EU data centres (Zoho GDPR).
Syneron Technologies Limited is registered in Hong Kong, and our team handles your enquiry from the EU. We never sell your data and never add you to marketing lists.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange — unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, invoicing records if you become a client).
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Email [email protected] and we'll answer within one month. If we can't delete something because the law requires us to keep it, we'll tell you why. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
If we contacted you first
Outreach messages sent by us, or by us on behalf of a client, carry their own notice: who is responsible for your data and where it came from. Reply “stop” at any time and you won't hear from us again.
