What we collect

• name, work email, company, role, country and optional LinkedIn URL;
• the workflow, current process, approximate volume, workflow owner, operational impact, constraints and timing you describe;
• source and campaign attribution, consent timestamp and technical security logs needed to protect the form.

Please do not submit patient, client, employee, medical, financial or other sensitive operational records through this form.

Why we use it

• to answer your request and decide whether a workflow-fit conversation is appropriate;
• to prepare and run the requested meeting;
• to keep a controlled CRM and audit record;
• to prevent abuse and understand which public material generated a genuine enquiry.

Our basis is taking steps at your request before a potential contract and, where relevant, our legitimate interest in responding to and managing a B2B enquiry. The form also asks for your explicit acknowledgement of this notice.

Processors and transfers

We may use Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Twenty CRM for the commercial record, Cal.eu/Cal.com for scheduling, and Google Workspace/Google Meet for communication and meetings. These providers may process data under their own contractual and international-transfer safeguards.

Retention

Unqualified or inactive enquiry records are reviewed and normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months. Records connected to an active commercial discussion, contract, legal obligation, security incident or suppression request may be retained longer where necessary.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw from the conversation at any time. Email [email protected]. We may need to retain a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again.

Automated decisions

The intake may be scored or organised with AI assistance, but no solely automated decision creates a contract or denies a legal right. A human remains responsible for commercial decisions and replies.
